● Valastro’s BAC was over the legal limit, at either 0.08% or 0.09%.
● The baker was said to have told the police he couldn’t be arrested, because “he’s the boss”.
But, arrest Valastro they did. The TLC celebrity was arraigned on charges of driving while intoxicated and impaired. The incident has left his followers mostly unphased, but with a general feeling that no one is above the law. A significant lesson to learn from this story is that accountability is key.
